Last Friday, on March 23, i and my group mates went up north to Hartlepool. we went there to film the second part of an interview for our documentary. Hartlepool is situated by North Sea and it was homeland of Reg Smyth. it is also homeland of Andy Capp. We interviewed two people from Hartlepool Borough Council and Reg Smyth's widow in her charming house. our main objectives were to find out a bit more about Reg, about the town and its initiative - Andy Capp's statue which soon will be an interesting tourist attraction in Hartlepool. it will also highlight the 50th anniversary of Andy Capp.
a few words to sum up our trip - we had lots of fun and we did a great job. in my opinion, absolutely each of us put a big effort into this project.
